On the last day of May, I’ve paid a visit to Douglas and couldn’t help to get some new stuff. I had planned to purchase two replacements for my Philips VisaPure face brush: I’m using the Deep Pore Cleansing Brush on a daily basis and the Exfoliation Brush once or twice a week.

I also bought two new thingies to test: the first one is a cleansing gel for the VisaPure brush. It;s from Clarins and it is called Daily Energizer Cleansing Gel and the second is a BB cream from Clinique: Age Defense BB Cream. I liked that it has SPF 30 and that the lightest color is truly light.  I’ve also tested the BB cream from Clarins, but their lightest shade is too dark for me; I really don’t understand why the French brands start their BB cream palettes from a fairly dark color (same happens with Biotherm, which I’m a fan of, I like their Aquasource cream, but can’t wear the BB cream because the lightest shade is way off for me).

I will post reviews for the Clarins Cleansing Gel and the Clinique BB cream after I test a little bit more.
